CALL for Abstract
The Conference will reserve a special attention to brief (10 minutes) presentations on Assistive Technology programs, used with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Professionals interested in contributing a presentation should send a short abstract (English language, 100-200 words) of such presentation to the Scientific Committee before July 10 2019. Authors of selected abstracts will be formally invited to make the presentation and will also be allowed to publish a summary (500 words) of their presentation in an international Journal.
CALL for Posters
The Call for Posters is now open and submissions on all relevant topics related to Assistive Technology are warmly invited. Posters can be used to showcase innovative practice or research, to stimulate discussion, gather feedback, provide an overview or explore a theme in more detail. The purpose is to be an experience in itself for the one who looks at it and to engage the viewer in conversation.

All Brief Presentation and Poster Proposals are subject to approval by ATAD’s Scientific Committee Members.
Brief Presentation may be given in either Italian or in English and will be presented during the Conference.
Authors interested in presenting a communication are required to send the abstract to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The official languages are English and Italian. Translation is available.
All Authors of accepted works who will be present during the Conference must apply no later than August 15 2019.
Both the title and explanatory text must be provided in English. The outline for the explanatory text must include the following points:
- Scope of work
- Materials and Methods
The Scientific Committee will select the works to be presented at the Conference. The Authors will be notified of their acceptance by July 31 2019.
We remind all participants that the presentation must respect the following technical requirements: The slide presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint. The slides must be in 16:9 format. Presentations in 4:3 format will not be accepted
Maximum A0 paper size (841mm by 1189 mm). Short abstracts (100-200 words) should be submitted by July 10, 2019. Notification of submission acceptance is expected by July 31 2019. The ATAD official languages are English and Italian. For further information please contact email@example.com
